So at another spontaneous chat, a drabble challenge was issued. This thread displays the brave creations of the participants - many of whom were on at very, very weird hours of the night.
Challenge: Hikago, prompts individually given, response must be an exact drabble (100 words on the nose).

Prompt from lanerose "Between the Lines"
He feels Hikaru's breath behind his ear as he inks the last page of the chapter. He knows when he finishes, Hikaru has plans for their evening.
Akira refuses to let his concentration be distracted. He inks Sai's robes, even as hands slide up his own shirt temptingly.
"Almost done? You've been working all day."
"It took time to research playing Go."
"I've got a hand I'd like to play," Hikaru responds teasingly, dropping his down Akira's pants.
Akira groans, but refuses to go down without a fight. Switching pens, he wonders how long he can hold out.

Hikaru isn't one to sit still remembering to often, he remembers sometimes when he would wake to find Sai staring at the go board in his room pain etched on his face. Hikaru finds himself doing the same thing, just staring peacefully at the board and remembering all the battles and times they had played. More and more though he finds battles with another taking front stage when this happens. He has seen thousands of battles. He remembers the looks in his opponents eyes, none hold the same grace as the lavender ones he first fought against.

There are many Morishita to the people of go world. To the amateurs, he was an unreachable idol, always patient while playing shidougo. To his students, he was a supportive and reliable mentor. To his opponents, he was to be feared. And to his equals he was a notable rival and occasional drinking partner after games. That was how relationships went in the go world, with differing levels of camaraderie.
But to Shigeko, he is merely grandfather, who'd fall asleep by the goban. And they'd laugh quietly as they drape him with a blanket, to keep him from getting cold.

Touya Akira blushes.
Shindou shouldn't be surprised. He's seen it before, when Touya's said something really rude and he turns his head away just that tiny little bit as his cheeks go scarlet and he apologizes. Or when he's angry, and that first crimson flush rises before he snaps and hits something or yells. Shindou's seen it, Shindou knows, Shindou shouldn't be surprised.
But when Akira slowly takes his hand, and that first hint of colour creeps into his face -
It's... Well...
Different.
Hikaru laces their fingers together, and ignores the heat on his own face.
They go on.

Touya Akira will never be his friend. Yoshitaka knows this, knows he won’t ever be acknowledged by Touya as someone worthy of more than a passing nod in the hallway.
Perhaps that is why he makes a point of standing just a little too close to Shindou. To brush his hands, just so, as their stones intertwine on the goban.
Perhaps this is why he makes a point to be seen with the man outside the tournaments.
He will never approach Touya as an equal on the board.
But it doesn't mean he can't be a rival, in other ways.

So I just took one of the "f"s from the prompt. GAH. If you think it doesn't fit, um ... I accept my punishment? BUT see? 100 words!
