I confirmed it, Yuto Yuta kun's classmate who became a seiyuu.
IT IS UCHIYAMA KOUKI.
He didn't tell me that he voiced Roxas until I checked myself ;_; Yuta kun! you should have said it first!
And he voiced Soul from Soul Eater too apparently.
