you know, when Wilson said that line to Sarah, I actually burst into tears. I was SO not expecting it, but it fit so perfectly.

The additions worked. I particularly like the detail of the reason Wilson was in an antiques shop to begin with; it really, really fits.

Very nicely done. I feel so much for House, trying so hard and feeling guilty as if he had any control over what had happened. He's so certain he'll always be second-best, and that's heartbreaking, but it's so good to see him find out he's wrong.

You may want to know that this isn't showing up at the top of my friends list, so some of your readers are likely to miss it, especially with the flurry of post-election posts being made.

OH. I wasn't specific enough. Changing the date won't help; in fact it may cause the entry to disappear entirely from your friends' friends pages. I know it's stupid, but it is the way LJ works (or doesn't). This is why, when I'm ready to put something out that's been in progress for more than a few hours, I always make a fresh post instead of just unlocking it. It's the only way to make sure that those who've got me on their f-list are likely to see it.

What you can do, if you haven't, is post this to housefic and/or house_wilson.

ETA that I checked and the post still does show up on my friends page, but in the same place it was before, about 30 entries back.
