The only things that "bump" for me are a couple mild instances in which I don't think Wilson sounds quite like Wilson; a little more bouncy in the first scene than we know him to be. "You did" would be perfect without the "Now I'm back!"
I truly wish we could actually see Canon!Wilson behave like this, though, giving what House actually needs rather than what Wilson imagines he needs.
