i do believe that--in his own, twisted way--house is just as compassionate as wilson is; the challenge is in demonstrating that! :)

house does love a challenge. most of us would translate 'we're out of bread' into something more mundane: 'oh, darn--need to get to the grocery.' in house's case, it turns into, 'how can i solve this situation?" he's vertainly an out-of-the-box thinker! :)
