I know! And if she's this big then so is Ben, in fact he'll be bigger, because Maddi is a short ass like me.
I loved her as a little kid, but this age is great. She is such a cool kid, I'm very lucky.

Thank you so much for posting! When I saw your icon, I thought your LJ had been hijacked, but no, it's the real you! Weren't you at one point looking at moving back down under due to Andrew's mother being ill? Maddi is still cute as ever, as are you two. You gave me a smile and a warm feeling to see your post! Andrews mum had surgery for cancer in the lymph nodes, but it wasn't lymphatic cancer weirdly, but some other form of cancer. Luckily the cancer she had was easily treated with surgery, didn't need radio or chemo therapy, and she's now completely in the clear! She is probably in the best shape I've known her in fact.
The rabbit is a dwarf rabbit, he's about 6yrs old and very sweet, if a lot prolific in the poo department! He's sat under my chair right now, occasionally coming over to sniff my toes and be patted.

Yes, alive! Just did a quick read and saw you've moved! Your new place looks amazing, so much to do, so close to home - I'm jealous! Felix and Sonia look very grown up. Felix looks much older than Maddi, and I know there isn't that much between them, just a few months, but then she's a short ass like me!
