I quite liked this. I liked that Dean didn't submit, but stayed his stubborn dickish self, at least on the inside. The transition between the last chapter and the epilogue seemed kind abrupt, though. Suddenly everything happened off screen. How did they escape and manage to free Sam? How did Cas' family react etc.? But overall this was a really good read and the world you build certainly interesting. The accompanying art is simply beautiful.

Thank you! As for the ending, it wasn't coming out quite right tonally and instead of forcing it I opted to fade to black and leave it up to the readers' imagination. I may go back and write something else in this 'verse, but I felt more comfortable writing it this way instead of forcing it.
