As I set up my EXTREME HDTV for kitties, I have bought two new friends. Orginally, I bought just one friend, but he was acting lonely in quarantine, so I bought a calico friend. They are extremely happy together. Hopefully I will have the new HDTV set up next week!

I'm currently working on a fun summer project. I bought a new-used 55 gallon tank. it is old school! It is plate glass with no inner-lip, so I had to special order a hood. After testing for leaks, I was able to empty the tank and bring it inside. I need to refinish the stand. I am happy because Marty, my "monster" fish will have plenty of room. ( Read more... ) -

They called school off at 6:50 this morning. :) Woot! I guess it has to do with the 12 inches of snow expected in the area. They called for 2-4 by evening, we have six. No school today. Not because of snow or problems with the school. No, we are closed because it is too cold outside. We went from unusually warm to frigid within two weeks. This morning, schools delayed in hopes of it warming up. How do you expect to recover from temperatures 25 below zero? At least I'm home with a fireplace...right? I'm waiting for ( Read more... ) -

Hey all! I'm still alive. Things have been very busy. I have been working longer hours and taking two graduate courses which have taken any spare time I could possibly have. Z and I are doing well. We had today off for his surgery and recovery, which went very well. This week is finaly crunch time and then I'm free until 2007. HOOOOORAH! ~*kicker
