if you have recently been paid to feed/care for someones pets while they were away and/or done housesitting for people with or without pets please tell me how much you were paid!

i have nooo idea how much to ask for.

We had a dogsitter who charged $35 a day for house sitting two dogs. This was roughly 2 1/2 years ago, so I'd expect to pay a little more. For 4 dogs, you definitely would want more than that...$50 a day at least. I'd look up the rates at places where the dogs would otherwise be boarded to get an idea. They should feel they are getting a bargain. Dogtopia, I think, would charge somewhere in the neighborhood of $180 a day for that many dogs, but don't swear me to that.
