I hate the way this article is phrased. There's mention here about the power that the recruiters actually hold, but so much of the testimony and framing goes like this "you have to remember to push those horny little girls away from you, or you're going to get in trouble". Not only in the testimony but in the article itself is the blame shifted to the survivors.
