Two of my friends, psychosu & clairdelune, have been sick with the flu. I just got over a mild flu (or moderate cold) myself, and half the people at work were plagued last week. Hope everyone gets to feeling better!

Here in New York, there's not so much the traditional flu but something far tastier: stomach flu. It causes body aches and chills, but instead of cold symptoms, it prompts explosive diarrhea and frequent retching. A co-worker explained her experience in stunning detail.
