I haven't posted on it much. I signed on the house a year ago. It's just been a long time coming. For months, they were waiting on getting authority to build roads and lay water/power/cable lines.

I'm kinda pissed because they let someone build the SAME EXACT house, with same elevation (meaning it has the same front/face style) 4 houses up the road. The other buyer even picked the same rock as me. The only difference is that I have black shutters and a black door.

aww damn, that sucks! Hopefully they'll do different landscaping though so hopefully it won't be too bad.

Glad it's going well! Can't wait to see it! I expect to get an offer this week, but it's looking more and more likely that I'll be sticking here in SD... I miss you guys!
