and it's not even 11am yet.
cancelling both things that i thought i was going to get up to today, as our awesome electrician happened to be in neighborhood and could take care of something we wished done.
but while he was working in basement, a pipe broke, flooding it.
all of the extra-ness.

ouch... I hope the problem was fast discarded...

we had no water for hours, we just turned it on, and the filter flooded the other side of the basement...i think its ok now? but hard to say, sigh.

and now in reaction to this eating his time, he will have to be back thursday or friday, he is not sure, making me cancel more plans. :P
