I loved the banter and teasing between the pair and I rather like the idea that Santana didn't really get a boob job.

Rachel is a teaser (with her skirts...) and I can't imagine things between them without some spice, seeing their tempers :)

I like this because this really is a change from your usual fluff which I love. Maybe you should try angst next and see what happens?
