So Buffalo, my favorite team, is going up against New York Rangers, the team that swept my hometown team. So doubly want Buffalo to win that series

I'm a dyed in the wool Wings fan. I always root for Detroit and whomever is playing against Toronto.

*laugh* Almost every other hockey fan I know adores the Red Wings. That may be one of the reasons I don't like them. (Must..do...opposite..of...everyone...else.....) Plus when I first started watching hockey, the Red Wings team at the time seemed a bit unsportsmanlike to me. Yes I know I just said unsportsmanlike when talking about a violent sport like hockey but there is accepted hockey violence and then there is just playing dirty *laugh* Even though I know the current team probalby isnt anywhere that bad. Or maybe it was just the one game versus the Flyers where a couple Red Wings players got out of hand but I know it left an impression on me.
