Thanks for sharing. I need to learn the pearl thing now. Am sooo looking forward to my knitting books arrival. Hopefully befor the snow storm hits.

Am using the Readers Digest book of stitches or something like that...not a very good knitting book.

I originally tried to teach myself on a UK needlecraft book "translated" (badly) to American terms....ended up with a one inch macrame hanging between two knitting needles....the book didnt properly describe switching the loop from one needle to the other.
