It's a very lovely story. I was charmed and then heartbroken over their early romance - and then charmed again by their grown-up romance. It would have been easy to despise the 17-year-old Arthur for how he behaved, but you made it clear that he was acting under extraordinary stress. It was nice to see that Merlin was able understand this and to forgive him, but without being a doormat about it.

TBH, I wasn't mad at Arthur at all at any given moment. I could totally understand his reactions, and I couldn't see Merlin holding a grudge. Being hurt, yes, but that's another story...
