Ficmas Cards (8) and final!

Once again, I'm terribly sorry it's taken me so long. If those were real cards, they'd be the ones lost by the mail service and turning up in your mailboxes in May. *facepalm* I apologize for the wait. D:

They are both gorgeous. Spoilt princess Spock with Pike is made of win, especially when it is tempered with the depth of love between them. And small Spock puzzling his way through the world is both charming and heartrending. Bravo!

You are truly a Master of subtext. I love how you write it straight, but not really and you leave things unsaid, but at the same time very physical. It gives me some hardship sometimes (to the point I loose track of what they are talkong about and I need to stalk your comments if somepne didn't mention it straightforwardly, cos I am too embarassed to ask), but I wouldn't really change that part of your style. Also I enjoy reading your Spock, how more 'touchable' he seems compared to how usually he is showed, so almost painfully human, and sometimes he's spoiled princess and uncomfortable and confused and so not perfect it's simply awesome change of pace compared to 'I have a broomstick stuck up my ass' snotty Vulcan attitude. And he has flaws and you don't suggest he's supposed to be a genius and you make him just likeable. Which is just awesome.

I kinda digressed from the stpries. I liked them, especially the first when and Spock mentioning dissapearance of the world which was prpphetic in a way he didn't expect.

Huh. I like subtext, I admit, perhaps more than actual 'text' sometimes. I'm not sure though, if it applies to these two pieces, they seem rather straightforward to me, but I'm not complaining. :) I only wanted to say that you should never feel embarrassed to ask when you want to, because a) it's totally okay, and b) if you didn't get something it's more likely my fault than yours and asking is simply allowing me to rectify that. Do ask, bb, never fear. ;)

LOL. Spock is more human-like here, but it's mostly because you caught him in very intimate circumstances both times. If he can't let his guard down and be himself around his life partner -- when can he? What a life that would be.

Glad you enjoyed these little ficlets. :D

You write the best Spocks in the whole fandom! I don't think anyone can get mad at you for your delay if this is the result! You continue your amazingness(it's a word=)) with every story.

I know what it's like to wait when someone promised you something. It's not about getting mad, but... it's not nice, so I'm really sorry about being the one who makes people wait. >.<

That said, I'm glad you liked these. ;)

Pretty ficlets. Very pretty little ficlets. They're a cure for a bad day.

Love the first one, mainly because more Pike/Spock is always love. It's interesting to see what Spock does if he lets himself relax, in a place, with a person, in certain cirumstances. Apparently he acts like a "spoiled princess". Which is adorable. No, seriously. And your Pike is, as always, spot on (not that your characterization isn't always well done).

Also love the second one, of course. Poor small Spock, who really should be aloud to show off because he's so superamazing cute.

Haha. Spock really does have little patience for those not so smart as he, which isn't very nice, if you ask me. ;)

And yes, Chris totally spoils him and then wonders how Spock got like this. :D

Thanks for reading. ;)

xD That is quite true, but he's so cute he can pull it off.
Chris spoiling Spock=sweetest thing ever. Spock needs to be spoiled more because bratty spock is fun to read. Very.

Thank YOU for writing.

well your Pike always makes me sad, Spock is not so in love with him, like Chris is with Spock, even if Spock doesn't know it yet.

i love the fic, Chris was so happy

second: It is amazing!!! and i love your Sarek is less strict that regular Tos Sarek :) without not being Sarek

Now you're making me sad, too. We can be sad together. :)

Well, Reboot Sarek is much more mellow than TOS one was. I mean, I can't imagine JTB Sarek or TNG's 'Sarek' Sarek to tell Spock anything like 'I married her because I loved her.' That never would have happened. Like, NEVER.

So yep, this Sarek is mellower. ;) Thanks for reading, bb. :D
