Ha! Ok, you totally got me- but I blame the fact that I read this at seven in the morning while still in bed. I was totally - 'I guess she didn't have time for a beta…' and 'but wait- the blond? WTF?' and finally, 'spanking + kianspo why isn't this the most awesome thing I've ever read?'

But then you redeemed yourself by turning in into one of my top 3 tropes - crew gossips/comments on their love lives.

Oh, and the first story was completely delightful.

I only read the second card. It was hilarious! I was totally caught by the beginning and had to double-check whose journal I was reading. ;P The dialogue in the second half of it was the bestest. It cracked me up. Especially this line: Spock gives him a long-suffering look. “It is at moments like this that I understand why the crew fantasizes about gagging you.” :D :D :D
