Oh wow. That was amazing, and just helped to show how Spock might have started to move forward, but there is no instant cure. He still has some way to go, and you wrote that really well. I just want to hug him!

I just adored all of this, especially the slow growth between Spock and Jim. But now I am impatiently waiting for the next part :DD

Thanks! There is indeed no instant cure for something like this, but I also believe that people like Spock and Jim, and heck, the whole Enterprise seven, are also strong enough to be able to move on. Extraordinary freaks, the lot of them. ;)

I'm happy it worked for you! The guys tend to rush things sometimes, and I can't hold them back indefinitely. ;)

Wonderful. I especially liked Spock's sessions with Bones, they were a great way to reveal how Spock was doing. And the flirting was delightful, and a welcome relief!

Thank you! The sessions were realy a pain to write, because Spock and Bones tend to clash too much to help each other. How they managed to pull this off still beats me a little. ;)

And flirting, yes. They do that. :D

Thanks for reading!

I am trying to decide whether to applaud your exceptional storytelling, or how much i love your musical and literary references. I think I have to love "In the Mood" the most of the references, but I just love your storytelling the most :)

*plays In the Mood happily in her head* This one's kind of hard to get rid of, y/y? :D

Thanks! I'm happy it worked for you. ;)

I love that McCoy has an admire that sent him pink roses which made me chuckle. And of course Spock flirting with Kirk obliviously was a riot. Glad to see you are updating again :).

I honestly think McCoy should have half the ship after him. He's an absolute delight despite (because of) his grumpiness. ;)

Flirting? What flirting? Spock thinks he's just being friendly and maintaining a conversation. ;)

Thanks for reading. :)

This entire story is absolutely incredible, and this instalment is amazingly lovely as well as heart-wrenching. This comment may not be very constructive or original, but I don't think there's anything I can say that would be of any use to you since I am just totally in love with this fic. Kirk and Spock's literary discussions and piano duets make me especially gleeful. I eagerly anticipate Part V!

Thank you very much! *blushes* You being in love with the fic is constructive enough, for no other reason if to know that I haven't made you fall out of love yet. :) I'm happy you're enjoying it. :D

Part V might take some time, but I, too, hope that it won't be too long. ;)

I can pre-read it for you in advance of posting. You know, just to be helpful and stuff...I'm very ...generous like that. Yes...
