Couple of recs and a song just because

I don't often rec SPN stories; truth be told these days I don't often read them. I can't remember any other show so actively killing any wish to continue to watch it or even read fics, even AUs, as SPN did, and I'm still a bit appalled. But anyway, I read this little story and really, really loved it:

I actually used to enjoy SPN quite a lot. But season 7 sort of broke me. >.<
