My internet explorer and my computer in general keeps freezing. Then it doesnt shut down properly. Can anyone tell me what could be wrong?

uhmm i havent been kepin up on LJ much cuz i have been working an assload like 6 days a week and overtime and shit but it is settlign down know since the hellidays are over.
and maybe ill buy the DVD from u
