He cannot be that bad. Although, based on his "welcome to me" letter when he first got "hired" at Norcross PC (btw - in the Presbyterian Church, ministers are "called" by their congregations, not "hired" - even the music ministers) then he doesn't know much about pronoun-antecedent agreement. Which has me fired up all of a sudden.
