I can't seem to reach the owner here. There's no way to message them  :(
I was wondering if there was any way I could take over as owner for the Comm here on Live Journal ... I'd take very good care of it :) I am a massive KH fan, as well as a very long time yaoi lover/slasher ( I have run and do run several sites)

With no response maybe create your own community and then post links/ads to it on this one so followers of this one can be migrated to the new one? If I saw that I'd do some following something fierce.
