B&W/Sepia/Monotone bases

Yeah, I had to list all three of those categories. Mostly because when I searched up "black and white" in gettyimages, I got the sepia tones too. And then I thought, oh well, might as well put them all together. So here there are.. over 200 icons though, so yes, a little dial-up warning.
