Everyone should love it! It's like macaroni and cheese except it's a lot fancier! And you can add stuff like chicken and broccoli and roasted tomatoes...
Yeah, I dunno what it is. There's a lot of things with that same sort of texture that usually bother me, like onions and peppers, but there's a few exceptions where I'm okay with just a bit of the flavor... but I can not think of a single thing that contains coconut, whether for taste or texture, that I enjoy.
CAN DO! I'm such a goody-goody and a stickler for the rules, orz.
