People seem to be big on Yamamoto's sensitive uke nipples recently. So how about turning that on its head-- SENSITIVE SEME NIPPLES.

I don't care if they're Yamamoto's or someone else's, but a seme has uber-sensitive nipples. And possibly uber-sensitive other parts too.
