I just got a hankering recently for some Gosling love, and I thought I'd change my layout to him again. I used to have this really colorful bright orange Gosling layout that I loved, but it was too bright. So, I went investigating and found this really pretty layout design and made the banner Gosling, and I think it's pretty danged gorgeous ( Read more... )

Oh dude, no lie? Me too. I just didn't know it was him until years later when I was researching "the dude from Murder by Numbers" and going "where do I KNOW him from?"

I haven't seen any of these!

Honestly, my love for Ryan Gosling is based solely on the aesthetics; I haven't seen any of movies but I watched him on Breaker High when I was, like, twelve.

Anyway, THESE ALL LOOK SO GOOD, and I'm d/ling Half Nelson and The United States of Leland right now, because my broke ass can't afford Blockbuster.

Ah, Ryan, I remember you well from Young Hercules (cheesetastic thing though it was *g*).

Although the first film I ever saw him in was 'Stay'. I went to see it for Ewan, but I remember Ryan more than anything in it. Even though it was a horrible movie. *laughs*

I really loved him in The Believer (even though, at the time, I kept comparing his performance to Russell Crowe in Romper Stomper and Ed Norton in American History X). And he was just outstanding in Half Nelson.

I still have yet to see The Notebook. But that's because I hate Nicholas Sparks that much. *g*

*g* I've been watching Gosling since he was on the Mickey Mouse Club (yup, I'm a dork - but hey, it was age appropriate at the time!). And that ridiculous little show a few years back called Breaker High.

*cough* Wow look at the pretty pretty layout!

I loved him in Half-Nelson (amazing movie), and I just saw Fracture for the first time the other week. He was excellent in that. Also, he was definitely the only good thing about Murder by Numbers. I haven't seen The Believer yet, but I really want to.

Murder by Numbers isn't the greatest film, but his character and the way he played off Bullock and the other guy kind of made it interesting.

I feel like I've seen him before... he wasn't a Mousketeer, was he? ;)
