[ Terra was walking him from Track practice until he unexpectedly sees Gippal just a few feet up ahead. He then runs up to Gippal and taps him on the back-- wondering why he's staring at the waters like that ]

Haha. Silly boy. Don't you know that loitering is generally frowned upon by law enforcement? Something about delinquents and such. I don't remember the full argument.
