I've seen Vanitas and Kairi, too, actually. And while these pairings could be interesting if played out in a sadistic manner, Vanitas wouldn't be fluffy at all. Maybe to troll someone and backstab them later on, but I think he's too prideful for that.

HOWEVER, I can see Vanitas and Namine sorta working if he manipulated her, maybe poked at her guilt issues from CoM, and so on.

Really now? Yeah, she can manipulate memories and therefore hearts but it wouldn't be as easy to make a being with a heart of pure darkness like Vanitas her "bitch" as it was Sora and Roxas.
