Let's see, the people Roxas actually attacked in canon (warning for Days spoilers)... Xigbar (mind you, it WAS in a Coliseum tourney), Saix, Xion (under duress), Riku, he WOULD have attacked Xemnas if Riku hadn't stopped him... Axel (after losing his memories), DiZ, and Sora.

All but Xion and maybe Sora were his enemies at the time, and all but DiZ were powerful opponents. So yeah.

argh fuck off fanfiction. will some one out there PLEASE write a decent canon in character roxas/namine fic? IT'S NOT THAT HARD. I AM GOING TO BE DRIVEN TO WRITE MY OWN AT THIS RATE. the only bloody decent rokunami fics i've ever read are in khdrabbles and they are, at max, 600 words long. oh and tunasaladsonnet's. sigh.

THERE IS SO MUCH POTENTIAL FOR THIS PAIRING. and i honestly cannot see any scenario where roxas would attack namine. sadly this is not the first time i've seen examples of roxas being abusive to namine in fics - for some reason, people assume that when namine tells roxas about what she did in twilight town, he will beat the shit out her. logic. there is none.

Often times I've seen it used to make some rival ship look better by comparison. I HAAAAAATEHATEHATE it when people do that. If you have to completely bastardize someone's characterization to make your ship work, maaaybe you should rethink your ~OTP.

exactly. it's so retarded. since days basically confirmed roxas and namine didn't know each other (well, namine knew OF roxas) during the time roxas was in the organization, it's sort of only canon these days (sob so annoying, i did love organization roxas/namine) for them to be together post kh2. and until kh3 comes along and tells us anything otherwise, they're the only two people who can even SEE or speak to each other. so uh. can't really see roxas spending his days beating the crap out of namine, especially when they specifically asked sora and kairi to spend every day together so they could see each other.
