Oh, I've put up with it in a sort of "roll my eyes and go on to better fic." I've dealt with too many Vexen fanbrats to count, so I've learned they will just attempt to destroy every remaining front of his character. BUT HE WILL BLIND THEM WITH SCIENCE AND KILL THEM WITH ICE, JUST YOU WAAAAIT.

But LARXENE?! That just destroys me, really breaks my heart. Because I love to see Vexen being tortured, but I like to see Larxene doing the torturing.

Oh, if she started being NICE, there must be something horridly wrong here...

Zexion is the domestic one. It's proven in the manga even if the manga is around 85% pure crack and 10% WTF.

But Larxene? The only way I see her being a doting housewife type is as a front so she can put arsenic in the ohmygod pancakes.

I did think maybe she had poisoned the pancakes... the fic did end there, so perhaps it can redeem itself a little.

But I am highly doubtful.
