A lot of fans take issue with the fact that Kairi's not as developed as other characters, yet is lauded as the best character ever at times.

That's fine and dandy and true to a certain extent, but certain other characters are just as if not less developed than her and still universally liked. The double standard is a bit baffling, but whatever.

I wouldn't agree that bashing necessarily suffocates fans of the character. Also, not every bit of dislike for Kairi stems from misogyny. Just take opinions as you will. -shrugs-

Kairi, we've been over this. If she slaps you slap her back! The thing that most bothers me with this kind of stuff is that neither Riku or Sora come to her aid, where as in game I expect them to all do the "Bes Friends Forever!" dance!

Also, does anyone else ship Kairi from Sokka from Avatar? It works
