But I don't own the concept at all. I just went about making mine the proper way by asking for permission from the original creator (Dr. Merlin, for the Gargoyles Fandom) and using the original as a base. (You can tell 'properly made' Litmus Tests because they have to carry a certain amount of unremovable text.)

So... absolutely not plagiarism, just someone unfamiliar with 'fandom rules'.
