Wait, she stopped being your friend because of a disagreement over Kairi? o_O

I second this "o_O"... if someone is prepared to stop being your friend over something so trivial, then they weren't a very good friend to begin with.

Side note, Shiera (I bet I spelt that wrong I'm so tired -.- sorry!) I have your photo :D Here!

Something as trivial as FANDOM, too. I personally try not to equate people with fandom, but wow xD

No, no that's right XD AND DAMN YOU PEOPLE OVER SEAS. YOU GET ALL THE STUFF WE DON'T HAVE >:O

HOW could she think Sora and Riku don't like Kairi? HOW. That's like saying, "Well, Sora and Riku probably don't really like each other." And don't get me started on how she's "in the way" of Sora/Riku.

I'LL BE YOUR FRIEND :D

Naw, she thinks it only applies to Sora and Riku on Kairi. She thinks that Riku only bothered with Kairi in KH to make Sora jealous (which I think is part of the reason but honestly, when Maleficent showed him Kairi's heartless body, didn't he seem all sad and disgruntled and desperate?! HMM?!), and that the time when Sora said Kairi was being weird means that he's laughing at her (oh, I guess that means my 16-year-old sister and her bestest friend in the universe loathe each other, right? They say to each other "you're so weird" like, ten times a day), and she truly believes that Sora was annoyed with Kairi for getting herself in trouble when he was busy looking for Riku in KHII. I think her eyes got tired after the 1000 Heartless battle or something, 'cause otherwise it's very hard to miss Sora falling to his knees and begging Saix to bring Kairi back. Really.

Aw, you really would? =D

I agree totally. Getting at Sora was part of it, but Riku cares about Kairi a lot. *Riku/Kairi fan liek whoa* My best friend and I playfully insult each other all the time, and we use WAY worse words than "weird". I guess we hate each other so much we don't even realize it! :O Not to mention, in KHI, Sora keeps asking people where Riku AND KAIRI are. Riku AND KAIRI. If he really didn't care about her, why would he keep mentioning her?

I really would! :D *adds*

See, that's why I'm into SoRiKai. They all love each other a ton, so why not have them all together like that? That way, no one stays behind. It would also make for hilariously awkward smut.

I tell my bestest-best-friend-who-is-almost-like-a-sister-to-me that she's freakin' weird all the time. She can't help but agree with that. In return, she often says I'm a giant kid when I'm being particularly silly and naive, and I can't help but agree with that.

That friend says that Sora never asked people where Kairi was in KHII. She fails to realize that this is because he KNEW where she was! She was safe in Destiny Islands in the first half of the game, and captured in the Organization's stronghold in the second half! Why should he ask where she is if he knows? Instead, he tried to search for information on where the stronghold was. He kept asking about Riku because he didn't know where Riku was. Honestly, how hard is it to get that?! D=

Oooh yay new friend!!! =D *adds back!*

Take it from someone who has dealt with almost the exact same thing (losing a friend over something petty)

- If they can't get over something so stupid as a video game character preference, and think that's all your friendship is about, then they probably weren't such a good friend in the first place.

I know it's harsh, and it sucks, but... trust me, if she CAN'T get over something like you liking Kairi, well... you're better off finding someone who CAN cope with something stupid like that.

I guess it's true... =(

...you know, now that I think of it, she's had similar rows with Bleach fans (it's her favorite anime). She's all about Ichigo/Orihime and Renji/Rukia, and she treats Ichigo/Rukia like a disease that she must cure people of. In one convention we went to, she walked around and handed out little makeshift business card with this written on them:

BE REHABILITATED
STOP LIKING ICHI/RUKI
ASK ME HOW

I guess that skipped over me completely because I'm not that much into shipping in Bleach, and if I was, I'd take Renji/Rukia over Ichigo/Renji. She did constantly mock me for liking Hitsugaya Toshiro (she thinks he's a little brat), but liking a character she doesn't like isn't SERIOUS BUSINESS like liking a character or a ship she loathes, I guess...

Hahah I just realized I accidentally wrote Ichigo/Renji there. Thought she DOES find that fun for RPing purposes where Hollow!Ichigo rapes Renji or something.

I guess that IS kind of sick. I'm surprised I didn't notice before.

*facepalm*

Um... if she's going to throw a fit over something like that, I'd say it's not worth it.

She's not exactly throwing a fit. She IS being a confrontational bitch about it.

and she thinks anyone who doesn't have the same opinion on Kairi is an idiot...

Then maybe she's not such a great friend to begin with. If she's this immature about something this trivial, then this might be for the best. It's all right for friends to have differing opinions--it's all right for people to have differing opinions. If she can't see that it's all right for you to like something when she doesn't, then she seriously needs to grow up.

She shouldn't be this immature... she's two years older than I am, and she's a commander in the army, responsible for several systems that could stop an entire base from functioning properly in case they collapse.

Of course, after my longtime experience with that awful Pokemon fanfic writer who's going to be 31 years old this December and still writes like a goddamn fanbrat who knows nothing about how life really works, I guess I should've realized that age =/ maturity. Though maybe it's harder to figure it out when it's a friend.

Wow, this worries me. A commander really shouldn't flip out like that and over something as trivial as a videogame character?

I think I'll be down in the khfanficrants bunker.
