When writing crossovers, be sure your canons mesh well. Specifically, be sure that crossing worlds would be allowed, Heartless would be believable--that sort of thing. Really, I'm all for crossovers, and I like it when somebody manages to take two fandoms that don't look like they'd mesh together too well (take some CSI crossovers, for instance,

Actually, there's only one way I can see KH and Bones working and that would be through AU. Granted, the person writing it would have to be one helluva writer and someone who thoroughly researches what it is they're doing. Bones isn't exactly an easy fandom to write if you don't know jack about anthropology. To use it with Kingdom Hearts...it is plausible, but very hard to see.

The only person who'd even come CLOSE to believing anything involving Kingdom Hearts is Angela, to say nothing of Hodgins and his conspiracy theories!

Bones = REAL WORLD, with only ONE hint of anything supernatural in the series to date. Kingdom Hearts = Not even close to reality.

If this is because Leon was voice by David Boreanaz, I'm going to kill something.

That's it exactly. And Bones and Booth think Hodgins's theories are crazy anyway, so they wouldn't even want to admit that maybe he's right about something (I imagine they had a hell of a time after the case where the FBI director was part of a case--Hodgins would not let them live it down, I'm sure).

Hodgins: I bet Mr. Premature Grey was part of some crazy terrorist group who tried to conquer the world through mass slaughter. He looks like he's trying to redeem himself. And did you SEE him while Booth was interrogating Sora and Kairi? He barely blinked!

Bones: Hodgins, he's a sixteen-year-old with two companions who are much more trusting than he is, and the three of them obviously regard each other as a surrogate family in the absence of their parents. That "redemption" aspect of his personality may simply come from being a former drug abuser--many of them feel they require outrageous compensation to the world for their mistakes.

Hodgins: No sixteen-year-old drug addict would be that built if he's still recuperating.

Booth: Well, maybe he's already recuperated. You know, took heroin a few times and then decided to check himself into rehab before it got out of hand. He's a smart kid.

Angela: Or MAYBE he just works out.

Hodgins: I'll find out what's up with him--just watch.
