Well, hell.

Damn it all, trolls are back here and in kingdom_spork. And while they're manageable here, there's really no one to moderate the sporking community, considering Sekotism is AWOL and the comm lacks mods. (Seko, where are you?! ;o;)

I dunno about anyone else, but I'm pretty much ready to abandon kingdom_spork. It's no fun if there's no way to weed out trolls and unsee the ( Read more... )

And it wasn't even good trolling. If I am to be trolled by guro pix0r, I expect to be trolled by the best and latest in guro pix0r, not Default Guro Trolling LOLOLOLOL.

I PROPOSE A THREAD OF RECIPES. Right here. Right now after I wake up later this morning hogod when did 4AM happen. D:

This is, like, the bread that my family's made my whole life. I don't know where the recipe comes from, if it's a book or it was in a magazine or what, but this is the recipe for it anyway ( ... )

This is the recipie for the homemade pizza that I make once a week! XD Got it from my dad, and the recipie here can either make one big, doughy pizza, or two thinner, crispier pizzas. I tend to split it up into two.

What you need:

- 1 cup warm-to-hot water
- 1 & 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 & 1/4 teaspoons dry yeast (or one package of dry yeast, but I like to buy my yeast in jars)
- 3 cups flour plus additional pinches
- Pinch of corn meal
- Pizza sauce (can be bought in jars at the grocery store)
- Block of monterey jack cheese (or any other desired cheese; but that's the kind I use)
- Any other desired toppings
- Pizza stone (Pizzas can be made on a normal cookie tray, but I find they come out better on an actual stone. You can buy pizza stones at cookery stores, and while they can be a bit pricey, one will last you a reeeeeally long time ( ... )

YUI'S DEFAULT BREAKFAST: College Quesadillas

1 slice baloney (other sandwich meats acceptable)
1 handful shredded cheese (whatever you can get cheap)
2 tortillas (corn, since those are cheaper than flour)
* seasonings as desired, not necessary
1 somewhat microwave-safe plate
1 microwave

Directions:
1) Lay 1 tortilla flat on the plate.
2) Drop handful of cheese on tortilla, spread with hands until it's more or less even all the way across-- this is mostly for aesthetics and so the quesadilla doesn't fall apart in the microwave. If you want seasonings, sprinkle them into the cheese.
3) Lay 1 slice baloney (or other meat as preferred) flat on the cheese.
4) Lay 2nd tortilla on the baloney, lining up the edges with the first tortilla.
5) Microwave on high for 45 seconds to 1 minute. The cheese should be completely melted.
6) Allow to cool until you don't burn yourself picking it up.

Juuust a random thought, if a community's maintainer is AWOL and it gets trolled/spammed, you can ask the LJ abuse team to either a) temporarily appoint you mod to delete/manage the trolling, or b) they go in and delete it themselves (I forget which).

Huh, that is a good point! Well, I just contacted LJ abuse, so hopefully at least one of those things will happen! :O

I'm sure there's much, much worse guro out there, and at least faces were blocked But for most people, seeing any on their flist first thing in the morning is a rude awakening and DO NOT WANT. D:

Oh, god - I saw the pictures. My mum was there and thank god she didn't see it. I don't want her brain drowning itself in bile like mine did.

I would make a new sporking community - only I don't know if I'm the right person to do it, since I have yet to spork a fic.

Oh, and to add to that, my HTML skills are rather limited, so I really don't think I'd be the right person to do that.
