Well, it was more of the fact that it's actually canon that they did stuff except it's not said outright since lol little kids. I mean, we have no idea if Riku or Axel has ever had/want to have sex before, yet their the fandom whores. D:

It's probably tied in to AkuRoku and Sora/Riku--the fanbrats tend to make me die inside because of Axel or Riku being the HAWT AWESOME SEX MACHINE.

It's also tied in to the fact that Riku and Axel are both older than Roxas and Sora. Being the older partner obviously gives fanbrats the idea of "I've had sex and that's why I'm awesome."

While I've read some awesome smut fics and HOPE TO GOD I find/write a good threesome fic between Kairi/Riku/Sora, a good deal of them are purely "look riku's coruptting sora (or occasionally Kairi)! i'm HARD-CORE!"
