Yes! The ending, much like the way Dean was so verklempt when Jo was dying, just struck me as totally out of the blue. Well not totally since the "then" always gives shit away. Really? We are expected to believe he's transferred his happy times ahead thoughts to Lisa? I suppose because Ben's probably actually his? But meh.
I can't believe Dean took off like that, though. Actually, I can, but it still kind of pisses me off.
You know why I think they had to put Lisa in the "Then" segment? Because otherwise, a good chunk of viewers would be scratching their heads wondering who the heck she was when Dean showed up at her door. It took the mention of her kid for it to click for me

All through the episode, I was waiting for Lisa to turn up as a parishioner. I wish that HAD been it, instead of that sucky ending.
And I don't think that Ben is Dean's. If he is though, with the way things are going? I bet he dies before the end of the season.
