I don't even know what to say, because I am sitting in front of my computer, looking gobsmacked and dazed.

This is exactly what I've wanted since we got the first cookie with Mae/Sin. Seriously.

(I think I've fallen a little in love with Sin myself. She's just so... guh, in this. I can practically see her, with her dark smiles and flashes of skin.)

The feverfruit brightness of everything and the parallels of Nick and Sin and the fact that Mae knows she'd be with anyone right now, but it doesn't change with knowing. I'm being incomprehensible, sorry. But I love it. A lot.

Yay! You win so hard for this. I love how you've captured the effect of the fever fruit, & Mae's concern for her little sis, and the promise of a dance together next time. Even the language here is really sensual & sexy, and I especially liked:
