Season of Heavy Rain

We've had an abnormal amount of rain here in my county south of Chicago. In June, we got fifteen inches, and we've already had almost four in the month of July. The growing season has been a disaster for farmers. Many farm fields are filled with yellow, stunted plants and mud holes. Didnt know people sold flowers and plants at garage sales; I thought you just get your own, and plant them until they die. Then dig em up and throw em out.

My pots all have holes in the bottom so they drain excess water, even the indoor hanging plant I water once a week and leave in the sink overnight. I suppose diapers holds the water in?

It was one of the rainiest junes on record there as a matter of fact.

By the way, thanks for joining my group. Feel free to rant about ferguson and all the lies and double standards that came with it. Ranting is good for the soul. XD

One encouraging thing about Ferguson: The usual race baiting online article will come out, but then when I click down to the comment section, it's full of disgruntled citizens expressing the truth about what went down.
