No I didn't know your nieces were rad! ^_^ Sounds like a cool vacation though! I'm totally into vegan food too, I rarely eat meat now for health reasons. I still will eat some chicken and some fish, but not too often, but am scared to eat other meats. Do you have any cool favorite recipe site links? I am addicted to vegan pizza right now. I should post the recipe in my lj. There are no dairy products in it. With all the family members sick with cancer right now and my own high risk for melanoma, I'm afraid of anything that can have hormones and pesticides and preservatives in it cuz I don't want any teenage mutant ninja cells.
