       In general? Life mostly. In specific? I had hoped after the current threat was coped with, that this nonsensical apparatus of oppression would be dismantled. As it turns out, that was somewhat naive. Like the USSR we'll have 40 or so years of panic-inducing threats, that turn out to be nothing, that our leaders knew were nothing, the whole time. To 'guide' us, like sheep that smell wolf and hear the herder say 'safe base'.

I think this is dredged up by the usual suspects in the military and intelligence hawk community, especially as a reaction to the downsizing of the military. Can't downsize if we have to fight a war, can we? We all need to speak out - write our senator and congressmen, even if they are not someone you support. Tell them you are a constituent and want the government to stand down this kind of saber rattling. That is what I do. I make myself heard in a carefully written letter of protest.

Then I take some more pain meds, because stuff like this triggers negative emotions, and those can trigger pain. :/
