Does anyone have a fairly straightforward recipe for chocolate brownies (that doesn't involve melting chocolate)?

Seriously, this is the best recipe ever.

1 cup sugar
2/3 cup flour
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 - 1 cup choc chips (I grate half a block of Energy instead)

Put the above in a bowl and mix together. Then add:

2 beaten eggs
125g softened butter
1/4 cup milk

Mix it all together, stick it in a greased baking pan and cook till it looks about right. Around 1/2 hour at 180, I'd say. You can also double or triple it for the BEST CAKE EVER.
