So I'm guessing that people will have seen the 2 separate teaser/hint posts at DigitalSpy and Cultfix for Merlin 510 'Kindness of Strangers'. Make sure you watch right 'til the end - 'Kindness' wraps with a stonking cliffhanger!
Last time they said this, it was the bizarre Aithusa saves Morgana out of nowhere twist. :/
They've denied the magical reveal so many times that I'm going to be a big pessimist and say nope. I hope you're right though. The reveal deserves at least a few episodes devoted to it, if not a whole season (never going to happen now :( ), to deal with the fall out.

Too much of a rarity in a show named "Merlin".
Maybe unrelated to the next episode, but *possible spoilers* I've been seeing a Gwen with baby pic all over tumblr. Is this wishful Arwen manips or a legit picture? I'm fearing a Arthur dies leaving Gwen ruler of Camelot with Arthur Jr. as the hope for the future ending now.... D:
