As some of you are no doubt aware, cup_ramen_chaos is doing an RP based on ggmoonycrisco's fanfiction "Those Lacking Spines."

As a former goth and current Research Assistant as well as a cosplay enthusiast and a very proud owner of the featured Savage Garden CD, I thought...oh, why not. I figured this comm would be the best place for it.

Hah! Glad it's being enjoyed. It was really fun to do - I did about 12 takes because I kept laughing...

I think I sound a touch like Marvin the Paranoid Android when I'm trying to be perpetually depressed :P

Oh yay! The best compliments are always from the originators.

As for the CD - it was always my favorite bit of that chapter if not the fic in its entirety, just because I was halfway-indignant halfway-bemused over the fact that I happen to own a Savage Garden CD...and...still listen to it upon occasion. Considering the rest of my music collection consists of stuff like Metallica and Sonata Arctica, the anomaly always amused me. As soon as I had the idea to do this, I knew my CD was going to get a cameo.

I also wanted to do something with my compilation copy of JTHM, but the only idea I had was to start bashing the camera with it at the end and I didn't want to actually cause any destruction to my posessions.

Ah well. Anyway, like I said, I'm so glad you enjoyed it.
