/// T-thank you! Guh, I was feeling so utterly apprehensive about this because it was so meandery and augh.

Heartbreaking. That's totally what I was aiming at 8'D

Again, thank you thank you ❤❤

Really? Well you should have no worries at all! I don't see it as meandery xD

I hardly enjoy drabbles since they are so short and its really hard to establish a point and put good emotion into, but this one completely proved me wrong! I look super forward to seeing more from you! =]

C: Ohman, that's great to hear!

Personally I find drabbles a bit hard to write, since my style tends towards the long-winded and...well, meandery (ackkk), so I get where you're coming from. That said, seriously, hehe, thank you so much for the review! *///*

I really love your take on Lea and Isa here. Especially the line:

He remembers that harsh metallic tang, remembers the warmth which trickles uncomfortably down his elbow, remembers wondering what delirious lunacy has struck Isa this time.

It works so well, because it's the little things he remembers, and because Isa is the one having crazy ideas, rather than the more unpredictable Lea. The whole piece is beautiful in a kind of twisted, tragic way, especially the closing part, and...yeah. It's amazing. ^-^

Indeed! I guess to Axel, there isn't much of his childhood he has left to hold on to, so it's the little things which sticks to him the most. And hey, it makes for an interesting role reversal, I think! C:

Totally; their whole relationship, and the gradual disintegration of their friendship - it's just so bittersweet and, well, tragic, and it's just rather sobering to know they fall apart to such an extent.

Thank you for reading and reviewing! :D

Really like how you vividly yet gradually bridge the gap between who they were, who they've become and how it has affected them. ^^ Great job!

(: Thank you so much! I'm glad you liked it. As I've said, it's both interesting yet somewhat painful to explore and probe at that divide between them.

Thanks for reading + commenting!
