If what I read means what I think that it did, then you brought creepiness to a whole new level. I've always hated Xehanort's post-Destiny Islands personality and your drabble kinda sums up why. Great job on the characterization and atmosphere, it gave me chills!

Just in case, ALL THE KH3D SPOILERS. Also possibly tl;dr ?

With that out of the way, if you think it means Xehanort was planning for Braig to become of his 13 darknesses from the word go, then yes. Heck, I believe in the fight in BBS, he was pitting Terra and Braig against each other because they could both use the push, from his perspective. (And it worked.)

I just - in the game, he has shown way too much of a tendency to long-term planning for me to believe that someone as involved in the Grand Evil Plan as Braig/Xigbar could possibly be brought in casually. It's bloody Xehanort, he's a possessive control freak of the worst kind.

I actually like him, but then I've always been a bit of villain fan - the more intelligent the better. So.

Thank you so much! Mission accomplished. :)

Well, didn't Mickey drop a bottle into the water somewhere and have it wind up in the Destiny Islands? And way back in the first game, the kids were convinced that they could take a raft and somehow get out into the wider world. Which at first I thought was silly kid stuff, but. Those silly kids being who they turned out to be... (They still should've packed better supplies, though. How were they even going to cook that egg ( ... )

BRAIG. ♥♥♥♥♥

(I have no clue why I love him as much as I do, but gah. Braig.)

This is wonderful! I enjoy seeing character studies on Xehanort because there is just so much to explore. ♥

Because you have excellent taste, obviously! :)

He really is interesting - easy to underestimate, at least up until the latest game? But I really get the impression that there is a lot of ambition and drive there, and that combined with the playful sense of humor is just too awesome.

There is! And even more after KH:3D; I have so many questions about that even works. Any of it, time travel, dream travel, identities of the still-hooded members of his 13. All the questions.

Thank you! ♥
