Kayla, if this is the same guy as before, don't waste any breath over him. I know the guy i'm good freinds with him i really enjoy hanging out with him bu tlet's face it he has flirting problems that he doesn't see anything wrong with. Don't go after him, he's a great guy to be freinds with but your just going to get hurt worse if you pursue him.
