She suspects that, having spent much of her life composing her features on stage (and as often off, but that's a touchy subject), it comes naturally; it has always been as easy (easier) to show no emotion or a false one than to exhibit an authentic one

She can.

So, those biopsies? I was being tested for lupus (which is bad) and dermatomyositis (which is very bad), but it turns out it's just seborrheic dermatitis (which is not bad at all). However, during the testing, they found polyarteritis nodosa.

My gallows humor is getting a workout.
